Free Delivery Policy

FREE Delivery is available if you’re ordering eligible items for delivery within the Tanzanian Republic of

Deliveries to the Tanzania
Orders including Tsh 30,000 or more of eligible books that Damaresi dispatches qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. All orders of Tsh 60,000 or more of eligible items that Damaresi dispatches, across any product category also qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. With FREE Standard Delivery, your order is delivered three to five business days after all of your items are available to be dispatched, including pre-order items.

To order with FREE Standard Delivery:

Add at least Tsh 30,000 of books dispatched by Damaresi, or at least Tsh 60,000 of all other eligible items dispatched by Damaresi to your Shopping Basket. Any item that has the “FREE Delivery” message on the product detail page is eligible and will contribute to your free delivery order minimum.

Items sold and fulfilled by Marketplace sellers don’t contribute to your free delivery order minimum.

Deliveries to Zanzibar or EAC
Orders including Tsh 60,000 or more of eligible media items, including books, DVDs, music, software, video games and videos, that Damaresi dispatches, qualify for FREE Standard Delivery.

All orders of Tsh 60,000 or more (including local VAT) of eligible items, that Damaresi dispatches, across any product category also qualify for FREE Standard Delivery.

Changing your delivery address, speed, or preference might affect your order’s eligibility for FREE Delivery.

If your order qualifies for FREE Delivery, you’ll still be charged a delivery fee on any ineligible items in the order.

If your order is for delivery to multiple addresses, you can use our Multiple Address function. To qualify for FREE Delivery, the value of the delivery going to each address must meet the applicable minimum spend detailed above.
If placing an eligible order using Buy Now, non-Prime customers can select FREE Standard Delivery at checkout, prior to placing the order.
