All music purchases on DAMARESI are for digital content. Once a download is completed or a song is streamed in full quality, the transaction is generally considered final due to the nature of digital goods.
Important: Please ensure you are purchasing the correct song before completing payment, as refunds for digital downloads are limited.
Eligible for Refund

- •Technical issues prevented access to purchased content within 48 hours
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- •Change of mind after successful download
- •Purchasing the wrong song by mistake (please preview before buying)
- •Quality expectations not met (all quality specifications are displayed before purchase)
- •Loss of downloaded files due to device issues
- •Requests made more than 7 days after purchase

Refund Processing Time
Approved Refunds: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Mobile Money: Refunds to M-PESA, Tigo Pesa, or Airtel Money typically arrive within 1-3 business days.
Bank Transfers: Bank refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
Free Downloads
Songs marked as "FREE" do not require payment and are not subject to this refund policy. Free downloads are provided as-is, and no refunds or compensation are available.
